Nikola Gardić graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Novi Sad in 2022. During his studies, he received multiple awards for his achievements. He completed his doctoral studies in biomedical sciences in 2026, defending his dissertation on the topic "Cytomorphological and histomorphological characteristics of lung adenocarcinoma with positive predictive biomarkers." He has been professionally engaged at the Institute of Pulmonary Diseases of Vojvodina in the Department of Pathological Anatomy and Molecular Diagnostics since 2023. He enrolled in a residency in pathology in 2024, which is currently ongoing. He also worked as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Novi Sad in the subjects of anatomy, histology, and pathophysiology.
He is the author of 13 scientific papers, seven of which have been published in international journals. He has actively participated in numerous international and domestic congresses with over 20 professional presentations. His work is primarily focused on thoracic pathology.
Since April 2025, he has been appointed as an assistant at the Department of Pathology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad.
