Karla Mutibarić was born in 1997. She graduated from the "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" High School in Novi Sad, and then from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Novi Sad, where she graduated in 2022. During her studies, she was a scholarship recipient of the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia "Dositeja", as well as a scholarship recipient for exceptionally gifted students. She has been awarded multiple times for outstanding academic success and research work achieved during her studies.
She has been employed at the Institute for Lung Diseases of Vojvodina since 2024, through the program of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia "The Best 100 Students", intended for the most successful young physicians. In addition to clinical work during her residency, she is actively engaged in research work and is a doctoral student at the University of Novi Sad. She speaks English at a C1 level and German at a B1 level.
