Mirjana Novaković, née Vukelić, was born in Vrbas in 1985. She completed primary school at "Vuk Stefanović Karadžić" in Crvenka and secondary medical school at "Dr Ružica Rip" in Sombor. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad in 2013. Since 2017, she has been working at the Clinic for Thoracic Surgery, Department of Anesthesia, Institute for Lung Diseases of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica. She completed her specialization in Anesthesiology and Reanimatology with Intensive Care in 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. She is a member of the Section for Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Pain Therapy of DLV-SLD, the Association of Anesthesiologists and Intensivists of Serbia (UAIS), and the European Society of Anesthesiology (ESA). She is married and a mother of two children.
